Cities are dealing with the far-reaching consequences of developments such as climate change, digitization, and robotization. The ability to respond to this collectively could be described as social resilience. The research program 'Resilience of local communities' from Veldacademie focuses on the question of how resilience works in Rotterdam neighborhoods and neighborhoods. The emphasis lies on the collective actions of residents. This film is part of a triptych about communities in the neighborhood of IJsselmonde in South Rotterdam. It shows how they contribute to a better neighborhood.
